**Half-Day Trek (Three Hours Trek)**

This trek presents a wonderful opportunity for families with children under ten and individuals with limited time in Bukit Lawang. If you can spare a few hours, you’ll enjoy a three to four-hour journey that allows you to connect with nature and observe fascinating wildlife such as orangutans, monkeys, gibbons, and various bird species. After your trek through the lush jungle, you have the option to walk back or experience the thrill of tubing/rafting as you return to Bukit Lawang.

**Price:** 55 Euro per person
**Minimum:** 2 – 3 persons
**Maximum:** 4 – 8 persons

**What’s included in the price:**
– Permit to enter Mount Leuser National Park from the PHPA Office (ranger forestry) and camera tax
– Permit from the Bukit Lawang Guide Association
– Bottled water and fruits to keep you energized – A choice between tubing back or walking back to Bukit Lawang

**What to bring and wear:**
– A bag or waterproof bag to protect your belongings
– A camera or video camera for capturing memories
– Good walking boots or sports shoes for comfort and support
– Long trousers and a long-sleeved T-shirt for protection from the elements
– Short pants for the tubing portion of the adventure
– Mosquito spray or repellent for a pleasant experience.
